Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service govern every purchase of women's shoes made from Ka Lai Limited through wedgesfmthm.com. By browsing wedgesfmthm.com, creating an account, or submitting an order, you accept these Terms of Service in full. If you do not accept every provision stated here, you must not use wedgesfmthm.com and must not place an order.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and when completing checkout. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify Ka Lai Limited immediately at [email protected] upon detecting unauthorized use of your account.
Product Descriptions and Availability
Ka Lai Limited describes every pair of women's shoes using measurements, materials, and color names. Product photographs are prepared to represent merchandise accurately, and slight color variation can occur between display screens. All orders remain subject to product availability. If an item is unavailable after you submit an order, Ka Lai Limited cancels that item and notifies you by email.
Pricing and Payment
Prices appear in the currency displayed at checkout. Prices exclude duties and taxes imposed by your jurisdiction unless checkout states otherwise. You authorize Ka Lai Limited to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, shipping charges, and applicable taxes. Credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal are accepted.
Shipping and Delivery
Ka Lai Limited ships to the address confirmed at checkout. Tracking details are sent to the email address recorded on your order. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the carrier.
Returns and Refunds
You may return any purchased pair of women's shoes within 14 days of the delivery date for any reason or for no reason at all. This no-reason return right is strict and applies to every order. To exercise this right, you must submit a return request to [email protected] within 14 days of delivery and return the shoes in unworn and unwashed condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories attached. Shoes returned with visible wear, scuffing, staining, or missing packaging do not qualify for a refund.
Once returned shoes arrive at the Ka Lai Limited returns facility and pass inspection, the refund is approved. Refund processing and the arrival of funds in your account take at least 14 days from the date of approval. This 14 days period is a minimum requirement, and refunds are never completed faster than 14 days.
PayPal Refund Timelines
PayPal refunds take at least 14 days to process and reach your PayPal balance. In some regions, PayPal refunds take up to 30 days because local laws and payment regulations require extended settlement periods before funds are released. Ka Lai Limited does not control these regional settlement requirements, and the 30 days maximum applies only where local law mandates the longer period.
Damaged or Defective Items
Any claim for damaged or defective women's shoes must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. The 7 day period begins on the date the carrier records delivery to your address. Submit claims to [email protected] with your order number, a written description of the defect, and photographs of the damage. Claims received after the 7 day period are rejected without exception. Approved damaged-goods claims receive a replacement pair or a full refund, and the refund timeline described above applies.
Prohibited Conduct
You must not place fraudulent orders, submit false damage claims, resell merchandise purchased through wedgesfmthm.com as authentic goods of another seller, or interfere with the operation of wedgesfmthm.com. Ka Lai Limited may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms of Service.
Intellectual Property
All text, photographs, graphics, and layout elements on wedgesfmthm.com are owned by Ka Lai Limited and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You must not reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from wedgesfmthm.com without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Ka Lai Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the purchase or use of women's shoes sold through wedgesfmthm.com. The total liability of Ka Lai Limited for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service and every dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. You and Ka Lai Limited submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong for the resolution of any dispute connected to these Terms of Service or to any order placed through wedgesfmthm.com.
Changes to These Terms
Ka Lai Limited may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Revised terms take effect when published on wedgesfmthm.com. Your continued use of wedgesfmthm.com after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
